3. Bring the application to the branch office or the front counter at church with cash or check for the initial deposit which includes the one time membership fee. See "Contact US" for hours of operation.
4. Mail the application plus copies of identification to the branch with a check or money order for the initial deposit which includes the one time membership fee.
