As we step into 2025, I want to thank each of you for your faithfulness to the vision of New Light Church. Your dedication has created a place where lives are transformed, faith is ignited, and God’s glory is revealed.

This year, we’re not just maintaining—we’re shifting for the better. Our theme for 2025 is "Better in 2025: Greater Impact and Expansion!"Under the direction God has given us, we are committed to “Building Victorious People Who Are Catalysts for Change." We want to empower, engage, and expand our reach by providing transformational experiences through serving.

Our foundation for this shift is Ephesians 4:16 (NLT): “He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.”

Here are our goals for 2025:

• Grow Our Serve Teams – Achieving 10% growth every quarter to meet the needs of our expanding church family.
• Elevate Excellence – Moving from good to great in all areas of service, reflecting the glory of God.
• Foster Greater Impact – Creating transformational experiences that empower and inspire others to grow.

Shifting requires faith, courage, and a willingness to leave behind what’s familiar. Like Abram in Genesis 12, God is calling us to step out, trust Him, and embrace the new. Staying stagnant will cost us more than the risks of obedience.

As we shift, I challenge you to reflect on where God is leading you:

• Mindset Shift: Serve with purpose—shift from “I have to” to “I get to.”
• Skill Shift: Pursue growth and excellence.
• Commitment Shift: Show up consistently and mentor others.

Together, let’s commit to shifting for the better and believe God for greater impact in 2025. Your service makes a difference and glorifies God. Thank you for your hearts and hands—greater is ahead!
