REVELATION
In 1995 the Lord spoke to Bishop
to do something that was Biblical
but was not being practiced, it
was over and above giving to fund
Kingdom projects. Using the model
of 1 Chronicles 29 our church
gathered at a downtown hotel for
a Worship through giving service
that helped reestablish public
giving in this generation. It has
been amazing how this mandate
from the Lord has provided the
provisions for the Kingdom work,
missions, construction, staff and
financial reserves. Our obedience
to this revelation rebounds back
into the lives of the givers with the
blessings of favor and increase.
Bishop always leads the way in this
giving effort!

OCTOBER
PREPARATION
Releasing our faith for the appropriate sacrificial offering is done
with a time of prayer. As in Scripture everyone gives as the Lord
has prospered them. Bishop has ask for giving at various levels and
it’s the combination of giving at these various levels that causes
the goal to be met. As the Lord directs, Bishop challenges us to
obey God with significant gifts that will inspire others in their long
term and short term giving. The season in Bishop’s life changed
when he overcame a choking moment and followed the Holy Spirit
in a giving moment. (Don’t Choke!) This year 1,000 members
not families are asked to give a $1,100 Great Things Seed! Some
will give more, others will give less, all with the faith to provide
Kingdom resources and tap into the promise of ‘Great Things’
happening in their lives real soon! New this year is the 777 Group
with seven people giving $10,000, seven people giving $5,000 and
seven giving $2,500! We are all preparing our Great Things Seed
to sow and expecting Great Things!
